Very good accommodation for the Money in London, 45 min tube ride but you save loads on the cost of a central hotel so it was worth it. Very nice staff.

Very nice stay overall. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was comfortable and clean. I have stayed here before and they have made some improvements since then, which were unexpected but enhanced my experience.

Easily accessible from Heathrow Airport, via the Tube and a 5min walk. There are a few shops near to the hotel too. The hotel was clean and offered great value for the price.

Extremely poor hotel. Arrived and there is an overwhelming smell of cleaning products as you come in through the back (the restaurant) of the hotel. Then throughout rest of the hotel are an abundance of flowers to cover it up which just gives you a headache. The room was very small and the one tiny window was hidden around a corner so felt like in a box. Moved to another hotel (which was thankfully far superior). Requested refund from the hotel and was directed to hotels.com and on hotels.com there is zero help to refund. Extremely disappointing stay. I’ve stayed in hundreds of hotels and never needed to write a negative review until this one.

Near the high Street with lots of restaurants and Street foods. Very clean and convenient wirh all you need in rhe room. Comfy bed, washout basin handy as not all rooms are en-suite. It would be nice to have a box of tissue in the room.

My stay at the Imperial Guesthouse was perfect for a quick stop over. Staff were informative and pleasant, and my room had everything I needed. I used the Imperial Guesthouse as a one night stay to catch an early morning flight from Heathrow and the location was absolutely spot on. Plenty of places to eat around the area and also just a few minutes walk away from Hounslow Central tube station, which then took me just 10 minutes to reach the airport. I would definitely stay again.

Excellent stat, 24 hour reception, comfortable beds, quiet street even under the Heathrow corridor.

Value for the money

When you get inside it’s a gem. Small room but clean and comfortable bed. Close to shops and food shops. Safe onsite free parking. Accommodating staff.

Not what I expected at all. Room was very, very small and the bathroom was also extremely small and didn´t contain a bath, just an extremely small shower which was not properly cleaned. There was no breakfast available at all which they said they had stated on their webpage -I booked through Hotels.com and was not aware this. The internet was extremely slow and there were numerous interruptions. When complaining, the staff said I was the first guest ever to complain, instead they claimed to have a very fast internet. I happened to discuss this with another guest, who the same say also had complained about the slow internet - therefore I was not the first guest complaining. I don´t like people lying to med. To add unslut to injury ro price for this tiny mousetrap of a room was also very high, leading me to have big expectations. Never again.

Simple room, that got kindly being upgraded by reception with bathroom (only wc and sink) on arrival as hotel was not completely booked out. Room was very simple, but had a comfy bed, clean towels, heater and tv was working, tea coffe. Friendly staff and free parking. Only minus - room did smell of cigarettes inside the room and inside the bathroom. Good price-value for 1 or 2 nights.

This property is located in a convenient area. Also, it was clean and the staff are very friendly.

Enjoyed my stay at the Imperial Garden Guest House, parking at the back was super useful and the location, only 2 minutes from Hounslow Central tube station was excellent. I chose this guest house for ease of access to Heathrow Terminals and it was perfect.

This is a very comfortable place to stay, within easy reach of Hounslow Central tube for easy access to London. The people here were so friendly and kind, and went the extra mile to help me out with parking.

Guest house was spotlessly clean, very friendly staff and good location close to tube, on site parking was great. Only downside was we booked a luxury room with king size bed and large single as we were 3 adults.The room was tiny and and the single bed very small and there was nothing luxurious about it. On saying that we would stay again but wouldnt pay extra for a luxury room.

Well, what a little find! Just a 10 min drive off the M4. Hounslow Central tube station was a 3 min walk. Piccadilly line took about 25 to get Central. Friendly staff. Parked at 11am even though i couldnt check in. Went out forcthe day and cane back to a immaculate triple room. It was quiet on the top floor. The other room was on the ground floor opposite the reception and front window. They said it wasnt noisey either.. the only thing im disappointed with.. they dont do breakfast. Definitely staying here again and recommend staying here.

Superblybwell-maintained guesthouse about a two minute walk from the Hounslow Central tube station. The property was exceptionally clean. Staff was friendly, helpful and kind. The neighborhood itself was kind of noisy with lots of fireworks going on. Note also that when Heathrow opens landings at 6 AM there is a lot of very noisy air traffic. Earplugs are advised.

Little space and shared restroom were somewhat unexpected features.

The hotel was conveniently located close to the underground station. The rooms were kept clean during my stay. The staff were very friendly, and they kindly listened to my concerns and gave me advice. I don't speak much English, but they tried to understand my poor English. I am glad I chose this hotel. I am very grateful.

After 7 weeks of travel, I found the Imperial Guest House to be the very best place of all. It was a great pleasure to stay here. Impeccably clean, very safe and near the metro and Heathrow. I could walk to a delightful pedestrian mall of interesting shops and inexpensive and diverse restaurants. The staff were very kind and helpful. They called me several times to let me know my missing suitcase had turned up after the airlines lost it. They kept it for 10 days until I was able to return to pick it up. An award they won for best luxury guest house is well deserved. Thank-you for a great stay!

We wanted something close to the airport that was inexpensive and this was perfect. It is about a 5 minute walk to the property from the Hounslow Cental stop, it was very easy to find especially at night. It felt very safe and was staffed 24 hours. The staff were so helpful and accommodating. They let us store our luggage for several days till we returned. The first night we stayed in the smallest room but there was barely space for us and luggage. The next night we were in the larger room and it was perfect. Would stay here again.

Room is small and warm but the window can be opened. The furnishings and all amenities were immaculate and clean, and in working order. The towels are thin but I was only showering one night. Overall 9/10.

Property had everything you could need. Good location but the aircraft from Heathrow were very noisy
