About this house rental
The farmhouse is perched at the top of the "Col de l'olive" at an altitude of 240 m., surrounded by hundred-year-old olive trees, orange and lemon trees, surrounded by nature with a magnificent sea view.
The villa is ideally located 2.5 km from the Menton motorway exit, 5 km from the city center and its beaches.
It is 10 minutes from Roquebrune-Cap-Martin, restaurants, shops and the Italian border.
Also 20 minutes from the Principality of Monaco, 25 minutes from Nice and 35 minutes from the airport.
This part of the house (All the first floor, the owner lives in an apartment in the basement), with independent entrance, nicely decorated, not overlooked, of 150m2 on one level includes:
A large air-conditioned room of 55 m2 with its cathedral roof and beautiful fireplace, including a dining room for 6/8 people, a large fully equipped kitchen and an adjoining living room with its large corner sofa and 158 cm television (connected wifi, Blu-ray player).
3 bedrooms with fitted wardrobes and storage, one with a King Size bed of 180x200 cm, another with a bed of 140x200 cm and the third 2 beds of 90x200cm.
A large bathroom with bathtub, Italian shower, toilet, towel dryer and a double sink unit.
An entrance with cupboard and a separate toilet.
A large bay window in the living room gives access to a large outdoor terrace with magnificent sea views of which 15 m² are covered.
It includes a bar, a gas barbecue, armchairs and sunbeds for sunbathing.
Outside and next to the terrace, there is a large bowling green and a swimming pool of 6 m by 3 m.

Nice to be living in, clean, cosy and practical villa.

We enjoyed our stay at Le mas des Oliviers, it is a nice, super clean and beautiful property decorated with taste and with everything you need to spend your family holidays.
We were 6 adults, the outdoor area was awesome to hang out, enjoy the stunning views, play pétanque, have a swim, rest at the hammock and have family diners. Inside we appreciated the big lounge and kitchen, the big bathroom for girls to get ready and the gym was super useful for the sporty people. Every room has closet space.
You need some skill to drive thru the narrow alley leading to the house but at the end I got used to it and it is expected in this region, specially in Ste. Agnes. Otherwise, you can park at the main street where there’s plenty of space and walk 2 mins to get there.
Pascal and Valerie are awesome hosts, communication was great. He is fun, easy to talk to and he goes far beyond to make your stay nice and comfortable.
Thank you so much for hosting us and letting us drop our luggage before checking in :) it saved our day.
We would definitely come back for another holiday. Thank you again!
