The apartment’s special highlight is the enclosed loggia with its large window front. From here, you can enjoy a sweeping view and start your day in peace and quiet first thing in the morning. The bright loggia extends the living space and invites you to linger, read, or simply enjoy the view in every season.
The open-concept living and dining area feels warm and spacious, offering plenty of room for spending time together. At the same time, the two separate bedrooms provide ample privacy for a comfortable vacation. The master bedroom features a cozy double bed (1.90 m and 2.00 m in length), while the second bedroom is equipped with two comfortable single beds, making it ideal for families or friends traveling together.

Welcome to the Haus des Kurgastes—located right in the Heiligenhafen vacation center on the inland lake.
From here, you’ll enjoy easy access to bakeries, restaurants, playgrounds, the “Aktiv-Hus” with its indoor play area and sauna & spa facilities, as well as the swimming beach (500 m away). The city center and the marina are just under 2 km away on a walk along the Binnensee promenade.
The apartments, ranging from 55 to 64 square meters in size and featuring a balcony or sunroom, mostly offer lake or ocean views and are located on the first floor.
Two staircases (main and side entrances) lead to the open courtyard on the first floor. From here, you can access the door to your vacation apartment.
Our rental office, where you’ll receive your keys and visitor’s passes, is located on the first floor of the building.
Also on the first floor is the “Casper” restaurant as well as the “balticfit & physio” sports center, which offers attractive fitness programs for vacationers.
In the large parking lot in front of the building, you’ll find parking spaces assigned to each individual apartment for your car.
