About this apartment rental
A small, cozy apartment on the first floor of the “Haus des Kurgastes” in the vacation park.
The living area features a seating area with a table and a dining area. Adjacent to it is the covered sunroom with seating and a magnificent view of the inland lake across to Steinwarder.
The bedroom has a double bed and a spacious closet.
The separate children’s room has a small double bed, which also offers adults ample comfort and a restful night’s sleep.
The kitchen is connected to the living room and is functionally equipped with a stovetop, refrigerator, microwave, etc.

If this is not possible for you or if you have questions about your desired travel dates, please contact us in advance using the non-binding inquiry form. We’d be happy to work with you to find a suitable time frame or suggest alternative rental properties from our portfolio.
Bed linens (12 € per person) and towels (8 € per person) are available for rent. Please let us know after completing your booking so that we can bill you separately and ensure the bed linens and/or towels are ready for you before your arrival.

Welcome to the Haus des Kurgastes—located right in the Heiligenhafen vacation center on the inland lake.
From here, you’ll enjoy easy access to bakeries, restaurants, playgrounds, the “Aktiv-Hus” with its indoor play area and sauna & spa, as well as the beach (500 m away). The city center and the marina are just under 2 km away on foot along the Binnensee promenade.
The apartments, ranging from 55 to 64 square meters in size and featuring a balcony or sunroom, mostly offer lake or ocean views and are located on the first floor.
Two staircases (main and side entrances) lead to the open courtyard on the first floor. From here, you can access the door to your vacation apartment.
Our rental office, where you can pick up your keys and visitor’s cards, is located on the first floor of the building.
Also on the first floor is the “Casper” restaurant and the “balticfit & physio” sports center, which offers attractive fitness programs for vacationers as well.
A shared storage room for bicycles and sports equipment is also available for your use.
In the large parking lot in front of the building, you’ll find parking spaces assigned to each individual apartment for your car.
