The property demanded 75 pounds for towels and bed sheets. I paid the money before arrival..on entry to the property the bed sheets and quilt covers were lying on table as it was guest job to do so....felt unwelcome

5 / 10

Very well presented and we enjoyed our stay. No issues.

4 / 10

If you do not have a car, then getting around on Sundays can be a problem because the bus schedule is very limited and fewer of the taxi drivers are working. We had a taxi driver who promised to pick us up on Sunday morning and then didn’t show and did not tell us he was not coming, quite unethical. However, one of the staff members took the time to drive us into the city for which we were extremely grateful because that allowed us to catch the early bus for a trip to Inverness.

3 / 10

Cupboards and doors were a bit scratched and awakened to get out. The linen. I had to pay extra for which was annoying. The location is perfect and really good to wake up to.
