Clean, really nice size for 2 people and was great being able to cook and do our laundry. The area is more local but so many great shops around, especially the pizza shop right next door.

What we liked most was the kindness and service from Raffaella and her husband. They were very responsive, welcoming, and accommodating throughout our stay. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and well equipped with everything we needed. The neighborhood also had many nearby facilities, restaurants, shops, and easy access to public transportation, which made getting around Rome quite convenient.
If you are traveling from Canada or the USA, just keep in mind that the overall comfort and standards may feel a bit different from what you might expect from a hotel or from home. That said, the hospitality and helpfulness of the hosts really made the stay enjoyable overall.
What we liked less was mainly the distance from some of the main tourist attractions. Depending on traffic and connections, it could take around an hour by bus and metro to reach the Vatican and about 45 minutes or more to get to the Colosseum and other central areas. However, transportation was still manageable and overall we had a very pleasant stay.
