Room was clean, Air Conditioning was fabulous as it was oppressive in the street. Everyone made us feel welcome;from Nicola upon arrival to Valentina helping us secure a taxi at departure. Great staff.

The hotel was in a good location. We were able to walk to several things and there were lots of restaurants close by. The rooms were very nice.
The one thing I didn't know ahead of time was that we would need a code to get inside the hotel and then we didn't know where the reception area was because it was not right inside the door. I had been given instructions in case we needed to do a late check in so I did have the code to get in, I just didn't know I would need it in the morning when we got there. They had also given instructions on how to work the elevator to get to our rooms and told us where the keys would be. (The elevator is very small so if you have many bags, you will need to make a couple trips.) Since we got there in the morning, we did find the reception area on the 4th floor which was where one of our rooms was located. Just saying this to give others a heads up.
There customer service was very good. They responded quickly to any questions I had on WhatsApp.
This was my first trip to Europe so I will be prepared next time :)

We loved our stay in Roma. This hotel was in a wonderful location. Amenities (especially the croissants in the morning) were wonderful. All staff members where so kind and helpful.
