Barrio tranquilo, seguro y silencioso. Ubicación preciosa con el puerto y el centro histórico de Amberes al lado. Apartamento limpio, sencillo pero equipado y muy amplio.
Bien conectado a pie con la estación central: 20-25min andando por avenida principal o 10min en tranvía con parada al lado de casa y dejándote al lado de la estación.
Atención personal vía chat Booking, correo, WhatsApp perfecta, bien explicado y respuestas rápidas y resolutivas (especial mención a la agente Via y a su compañero Ruchit, excelentes profesionales, les deseo lo mejor).
Gracias en general al equipo OneLuxStay por haber contribuido a qué mis vacaciones fueran excelentes.

Quiet, safe and peaceful neighborhood. Beautiful location, with the port and Antwerp’s historic city center right nearby. The apartment was clean, simple but well-equipped, and very spacious.
It is also well connected on foot to the Central Station: a 20–25-minute walk along the main avenue, or just 10 minutes by tram, with a stop right next to the apartment that takes you directly to the station.
The personal assistance via Booking chat, email and WhatsApp was perfect. Everything was clearly explained, and the responses were quick and helpful. Special mention to Via and her colleague Ruchit, who are excellent professionals. I wish them both all the best.
Overall, many thanks to the OneLuxStay team for contributing to making my holiday an excellent one.

Todo perfecto, nada que no me gustase. Simplemente recomendaría al alojamiento adquirir un microondas para facilitar la elaboración de alguna comida al cliente y unas almohadas algo viscoelásticas para el pleno confort; pero las camas muy cómodas y las almohadas también.

Everything was perfect, and there was nothing I didn’t like. I would simply recommend that the accommodation consider getting a microwave to make it easier for guests to prepare certain meals, as well as some slightly more memory-foam pillows for extra comfort. That said, the beds were very comfortable, and the pillows were comfortable too.

Ideale locatie. Appartement is ruim en alles wat je nodig hebt is aanwezig. Parkeren kan gemakkelijk voor de deur. Er zit een haventje om de hoek. Erg gezellige omgeving. Tip om gebruik te maken van de fietsen die overal in de stad staan om de stad te verkennen.
Dat er geen vaatwasmachine is maar wel een wasmachine:)

Location good.
Apartment needs a deep clean and maintenance, from sealant around the showers, to the floors being sticky and windows being filthy. Pillows could do with being replaced. Tweezers from a previous occupant found in bedside locker. Coffee machine had not been cleaned properly with capsules and water from other occupants present. Request to empty bins into basement was strange given the cleaning fee charged. Difficult to recommend and would not stay here again. Only one set of keys made it inconvenient for a two-person stay.
