The location was perfect for our visit, and the room was very comfortable and clean, also the kitchen was well very good. The rooms were kept at a good temperature.
On arrival we were asked for a deposit even though we had paid in full in advance, and although we were expecting to be on the second floor it turns out it was the third, with the reception on the first floor. The television in the main room did not work and there was no help to be found, which may have been due to a language mistake, still not sure. Also the temperature of the shower fluctuated during use.

Great location, clean and comfortable
Room was a little dated

Location, convenience, price.
Staying in room 8b seems to require Cirque de Soleil credentials. As a 72 year old negotiating the crazy steps, multiple floor levels while holding a yellow a black hazard striped pipe while searching for randomly located light switches was a trial. I suggest this room should be flagged for this.
