A quiet and very well-maintained complex located right next to the Grömitz golf course—enjoy the surroundings, free use of the on-site swimming pool, and the sauna!
The Golfresidenz is surrounded by spacious green areas that invite you to take leisurely walks all year round. Here you can relax and leave the daily grind behind, even outside the peak season. A restaurant is located in the golf club building.
The bright and inviting living/dining room has direct access to a sunny, southwest-facing terrace with an adjoining communal garden. It is equipped with a dining area for 4 people, a comfortable corner sofa, and a fold-out bed (two 80 x 200 cm sections). For entertainment, there is a flat-screen TV, DVD player, mini stereo system, and free Wi-Fi.
The bedroom is furnished with a double bed (140 x 200 cm), a wardrobe, and another TV.
The fully modernized kitchen is equipped with an induction cooktop, an oven, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a microwave, and a dishwasher. Additional small appliances such as a coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, and egg cooker round out the kitchen amenities.
A designated parking space next to the house is available to you throughout your entire stay. You can store your bicycles in a room specifically designated for that purpose. In the main building, you’ll find a washing machine and dryer available for a fee.
Your dog is, of course, also welcome in this beautiful vacation rental. A handcart is available free of charge for the duration of your stay. Smoking is not permitted; please use the terrace for this purpose.
