About this apartment rental
Beautiful charming apartment of 60 m2 interior duplex with three terraces of 30 m2. Quiet street although in the center of Sitges 40km south of Barcelona, close to shops, restaurants, nightlife and beach. The whole apartment is air-conditioned. There is fiber optic internet and Wifi, French and Spanish television, a music base with Bluetooth connections. The whole apartment has been recently renovated, all windows are double glazed, electric shutters or electric curtains. The kitchen has all the equipment, oven, induction hob, dishwasher and microwave grill, Nespresso coffee maker and filter coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, blender. The two bedrooms each have a double bed and a private shower room with a large sink and hairdryer and towel dryer. The toilets are independent. Each bedroom has access to a private planted terrace with each an electric blind and deckchairs or armchairs. The terrace open to the living room allows you to eat outside and also has an electric blind. The two terraces on the street side have a side sea view. Not overlooked. For the record, we acquired this apartment in 2016 after several years of seasonal rental. The apartment is really like a small house 50m from the beach, 200m from the church and less than 500m from the train station for Barcelona where you will be there in 45 minutes. Cleaning is planned every 10 days. The apartment is located on the 3rd and 4th floor without elevator and does not have parking. Possibility to rent simultaneously the neighboring two-room apartment if available (see ad 1929688). Gay friendly welcome and city.

The apartment was as described. The location is really good. A nice place in the centre, from which it was a short trip to the beach and Sitges film festival venues. Handing over the keys and communication was clear. We recommend this apartment.

The location of the apartment was fantastic. Everything was just around the corner. The beach, restaurants and shopping. Susanna, the hostess, was very friendly and offererad great tips for really good restaurants with good value for money. Overall a fantastic stay!

We stayed here for Pride week and a better location you couldn't get. The apartment is top floor and no lift so if you have mobility issues it may not be right for you. Apart from that it was wonderful. You have three terraces to enjoy and a well-equipped kitchen, the oven looks like its come from the space shuttle its so modern.
The area could not be any better for accessing the sea front or the town and there is a great little fish restaurant underneath.
The apartment is modern and clean, both bedrooms have shower rooms but you do have to share one toilet. The front bedroom and large glass sliding doors on to your terrace, the rear bedroom has a single glass door leading to terrace and washing machine cupboard. Both bedrooms have good storage and lighting.
It was a pleasure and I'd stay here again quite happily!
