A charming and comfortable apartment featuring a private terrace with a view of the rooftops of the historic center of Padua.
Set in a historic building, this apartment welcomes you with a modern atmosphere, tastefully furnished and equipped with every comfort.
Strategically located, the apartment is just a short walk from Piazza della Frutta, Piazza dei Signori, and Piazza delle Erbe—the most beautiful squares that bring the city center to life.
The apartment, located on the fourth floor of a fully renovated building, can accommodate up to four people and is ideal for those who want to spend a few days in a quiet and exclusive setting close to all the points of interest in the renowned city of Padua.
Our apartment, fully equipped with all the appliances needed to make your stay as comfortable as possible, features state-of-the-art technology that will perfectly suit your needs; the design is simple yet modern, colorful, and sophisticated.
The apartment is laid out as follows:
- Entryway with a coat rack where you can hang your jackets;
- Spacious open-concept area that combines the kitchen and living room: here you’ll find every amenity.
The kitchen is equipped with everything you need: stovetop, oven, microwave, as well as a Nespresso coffee machine (pods included), a kettle, and even a dishwasher. You’ll also find a table with four chairs where you can enjoy your meals.
The living room is equipped with every comfort: a double sofa bed, a pouf, and a 45" Smart TV that allows you to log into your Netflix, Amazon Prime, and other accounts to spend a quiet evening watching your favorite shows;
- Sleeping area with a double bed, a very spacious closet, and distinctive exposed wooden beams;
- In the bathroom, you’ll find: a sink, a bidet, and a tub-shower combo that you can use however you prefer; a welcome kit (shampoo, shower gel, and body lotion), a hair dryer, and towels of various sizes are at your disposal.
- A private staircase leads to the private terrace overlooking the rooftops of the historic center; here, you’ll find a small table and chairs where you can enjoy pleasant moments of relaxation.
Located on the top floor of the building, the apartment features distinctive exposed wooden beams and is equipped with high-speed Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and heating. Although it’s located right in the city center, the apartment has soundproof windows that allow you to enjoy peace and relaxation by completely blocking out outside noise.
A pleasant surprise will be waiting for you upon your arrival!

Great location. Easy access for all the amenities and places to visit. Lovely view from the roof terrace, although the door was small to get to it. Hosts were excellent with their communication and they offered to help with any problems we may have encountered ( not that we had any problems).

This well equipped and nicely furnished apartment is ideally situated in the heart of Padova, only 2 steps away from the Palazzo della Ragione. You will find everything you need, from coffee bars to restaurants, shops and historical sights. Padova is a very nice and peaceful city, which can be easily discovered by foot.
The reasons why we gave a less good evaluation for the description are those:
- Although a parking is indicated on the website, you have to take care to find a parking by yourself and pay for it on top. This is not unusual, but should be corrected in the description.
- To access by car, you have to pass a ZTL (which is a zone with limited traffic) and you might get a fine when you enter it. This should be indicated at least with the arrival instructions.
- Accessibility for handicapped persons is indicated. Although a chair lift exists, the doors are not large enough for wheel chairs.
All in all, we would book this location again but come by train next time!
