I loved this apartment and the location! Hosts were very responsive and met us at the apartment to let us in and answer any questions. Rooms were spacious. One bedroom has true wooden door and bathroom within the room. The other bedroom has a frosted glass door and its bathroom is directly across the hall, also with frosted door, but both are tucked away from main area, so still private despite the frosted glass doors. Great showers/bathrooms with soap, shampoo, conditioner. Hairdryers were real and so much better than hotel hairdryers. Beds were comfortable, kitchen fully stocked with nespresso maker and pods, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, everything you may need. Windows throughout apartment were amazing. If windows closed, the apartment was very quiet. Although the road outside is active, we did not have any issues sleeping. There was very little noise from people despite being surrounded by nearby restaurants. For us, this was the perfect location. Easy walk down to the "tourist areas", but the area around the apartment had everything without the feel of a touristy crowd, so a wonderful way to start and end the day in peace. Wonderful restaurants and cafes right outside the door in every direction. Great shops and boutiques. A beautiful park full of trees, benches, drink kiosk and occasional live music steps aways. Step in the other direction was major viewpoint with the same....benches, drink kiosks, music and people gathering. Apartment in a great location, close to so many great places to shop, eat, sit/relax and yet also close enough to easily walk to tourist sites of interest. I personally loved being able to come home to a less touristy feeling spot in the evenings, yet still lively with people and amazing spots to sit, eat, drink, relax. I included photo of the outside of the building (apartment is upper balcony with chairs off to side, balcony is shared half and half) and views looking out from the apartment.

The staff are great, they contacted us even before we reached Lisbon explained everything and were at the door to open the apartment and explain everything that we needed to know. We had to pay an extra charge coz our time of arrival was after 7pm but it was worth it as we did not have to wait and got all the information needed. The apartment is beautiful spacious and clean. It has all the necessary equipment and amenities. The location is amazing. There is an elevator but to access the apartment there are 4 to 5 steps. The street is loud but if you close the windows you can have quiet. The apartment has air conditioning. We had a wonderful stay and the apartment was a great fit for a family of four, with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Day light filled the room thenak to multiple windows and balconies.
Noisy if you open the windows.

The location is great close to a popular view point and within close walking distance of other popular neighborhoods: bairo alto and chiado. Its also close to alot of good restaurants. Overall the neighbourhood and views from the balcony are beautiful. The hosts were very kind and hospitable.
The furniture is very outdated and needs to be replaced. The couch had a mark on it when we got there. The main bedroom has a portion of frosted glass on it, so when the living room/ kitchen lights were on, anyone sleeping in the primary bedroom was disturbed. We were not a fan of the frosted glass bathroom walls due to a lack of privacy. Needs more towels
