About this chalet rental
This beautifully situated, solid-wood chalet, with a total living area of 80 m², offers a breathtaking view of the Salzburg Dolomites and the Bischofsmütze, and is located right in the DACHSTEIN-WEST ski area (100 m from the slopes). Slopes and cross-country trails with guaranteed snow, sledding, ice skating, and horse-drawn sleigh rides—winter dreams come true here. In summer, countless recreational opportunities and activities promise a wonderfully beautiful vacation. Swimming lakes, mountain bike trails, and a variety of hiking trails await.
The cozily furnished chalet features:
(**** 4-star amenities according to TUI standards). 1 parking space at the house.
A low-allergen environment for allergy sufferers (pets not allowed) and a smoke-free residence.
Bedrooms: 2 bedrooms with double beds plus 1 single bedroom with a single bed. A portable crib is also available. Sleeps 5 adults plus 1 toddler.
Bathrooms: 1 bathroom with tub and toilet, 1 bathroom with shower and toilet
Living/Dining Room: Cozy fireplace stove, seating for 6 people, sofa, high chair available.
Kitchen: Fully equipped, modern built-in kitchen with dishwasher, ceramic cooktop, oven, fridge/freezer, Senseo coffee maker, standard coffee maker, toaster, and microwave.
Access to Almhaus 30 is possible by car. A parking space is available directly below the house. Free Wi-Fi at Almhaus 30.

In addition to the listed price, there is a service fee (for guests aged 15 and older; mandatory): €4.15 per person per night (overnight stay tax, service fee, and tourism promotion fee). You will receive a separate invoice for this based on the guests’ ages.
The main building, including the swimming pool, is closed during the following periods: 6.4.2026 through 25.4.2026 and from 2.5.2026 through 23.5.2026.

Easy access, clear instructions, great cosy chalet and views to die for. The late (and probably last) dump of snow was also very welcome for our planned ski week.Very much recommend for small group of friends or - like us- a family of four.Must also be wonderful in summer.There is no après ski 'scene' here which suited us fine. And you do need a car...but that is clear from the description. Would not think twice about returning!!

A perfect place for a family spring break. The house is very comfortable, and Holger is a friendly host. Our overall experience was excellent.
We took the trip to give our girls (ages 4&5) their first ski experience, and the trip exceeded everyone's expectations as the girls fell in love with skiing and in the end stated emphatically "we never want to leave Austria".
Plenty to do in the area outside of skiing and we consider visiting in the summer as well. Thank you Holger. LM

The chalet was very cosy with an amazing view. The communication with the owner Holger was very good. The region is very beautiful; we visited Hallstatt, Salzburg, the coppermine of Hüttau, the Gosausee, the rodelbahn of Abtenau, the Hogenwerfen Castle and hiked to many alms with hutts in the mountains. A breakfast on the terrace in the upcoming sun and a BBQ in the evening in the setting sun, all with this amazing view!

Das Haus ist wirklich erstklassig und sensationell ausgestattet
Es ist einwandfrei sauber und ausgezeichnet ausgestattet.
Es gibt sogar 2 separate Badezimmer, sowie TV im Schlafzimmer.
Die Küche ist mit allem was man braucht (Ceran, Mikrowelle, Spülmaschine) und noch mehr ausgestattet.
Wir waren mit 4 Erwachsenen und 1 Kind vor Ort und es ist ausreichend Platz für alle vorhanden.
Der Kommunikation und der Kontakt mit den Vermietern lief einwandfrei und reibeungslos ab.
Die Skipiste ist in 50m zu erreichen. Das Skigebiet ist für Familien nur zu empfehlen.
Im Ganzen können wir das Haus nur wärmstens weiterempfehlen. Wir hatten noch so eine tolle Unterkunft. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen
