Beautiful upstairs apartment, 83 m², bedroom with a box-spring bed (180 cm wide with a single, continuous mattress), spacious dining room, children’s room with a large bunk bed (140 and 80 wide) and a sleeper chair, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and combination oven, large attic with TV and lounge area, shower, and separate toilet, cozy balcony with a view of the Mellental Valley
The vacation home was completed in 2022. It was designed by Bregenzerwald architect Johannes Kaufmann and built by local companies.
The spruce wood used creates a warm and cozy atmosphere in the vacation home.
The WALDner features 4 apartments with plenty of space for the perfect family vacation. Thanks to its ideal location, the mountain railways, shops, and the village center of Mellau are all within a 5-minute walk.
The cross-country ski trail, which runs right past the house, is another bonus. SUSTAINABILITY is a top priority at the WALDner: most of the electricity is generated by the property’s own solar panel system, heat is produced by the built-in air-source heat pump, and the on-site electric vehicle charging station also sets a strong example.
Check-in is available from 3:00 PM to midnight, and check-out is from midnight to 10:00 AM.
