Nestled in Indian Rocks Beach, this charming house for $659 per night is a fantastic choice for your next break. Enjoy waterfront living with the whole family! The entire home has been impeccably designed to allow you to relax and enjoy your vacation. This home is perfect for 1-2 families. When you walk in there is an open concept with the kitchen connecting seamlessly with the dining room table and the living room. On the ground floor there is a guest room with a King size bed and private ensuite bathroom. As you go up the stairs, there is a large room above the garage with one queen, one full size bed and one sleeper sofa. This room also has a private bathroom. Then as you head up the stairs again, the master suite is overlooking the water with a beautiful view. The master suite has a king size bed and a sleeper sofa, and a beautiful modern bathroom. As you head out to the waterfront, you can grab a drink at the bar or relax on the outdoor furniture. You can enjoy a meal with the whole family prepared on the outdoor grill. You can enjoy early morning yoga out on the dock, or spend some time fishing. Afterwards, you can walk 7 minutes to the beautiful white sand beaches of Indian Rocks Beach! The turquoise water and beautiful sunsets will make you feel like you’ve arrived in paradise. You can walk along the beach, grab some fresh coffee and pastries, and then take the trolley up to Clearwater Beach or down to St Pete beach! According to Coastal Living magazine, Indian Rocks Beach is #2 best and most romantic beach destination in the US! The food is spectacular and the crowds are laid back. Bordered by the intracoastal waterway on the east and the Gulf of Mexico on the west, Indian Rocks Beach offers 3 miles of white sand beaches with 27 beach access points along Gulf Blvd. It's an island oasis. One of the best things about staying here is the neighborhood. If you aren't familiar with Indian Rocks Beach, be prepared to enjoy the ABSOLUTE coolest beach community in Florida. It has a spectacular beach of course but the attitude and vibe are palpable. With only one large Hotel, the beach has retained "village" feel. With mostly cottages and very few multistory condos nothing about it feels like a "tourist trap". Loaded with local restaurants, this is an uber cool, laid back beach town. And when you want to "rev it up" for a night, its a 10 minute trip by car to Clearwater Beach. Or you can ride the trolley! There are more than enough restaurants and bars in Indian Rocks for weeks of amazing food and nightlife so don't feel the need to leave for good food or fun. It's the perfect central location for exploring Tampa/Clearwater/St. Petersburg area with none of the great destinations being more than 30 minutes away.

Wonderful home and location for our ladies weekend. Six of us stayed and had a great time. Plenty of space for our crew. The home is very clean. The wide open kitchen/living area was fantastic for socializing. Communicating with the owner was easy with very quick responses. The location on the water was fun for kayaking in the provided kayaks and an easy walk to the beach too. We'd definitely book this home again!

This place was amazing. Great location. We brought our boat and spent most of our time on the inner coastal. The owner was very responsive and easy to get a hold of. The house had everything we needed and more.

The host went the extra mile to make it a great experience. Every detail of the home was outstanding, from the furniture to the utensils, all was better than expected. The home was extra clean and extremely well organized. The outside area adjacent to the water was wonderful for family get-togethers with and an outstanding view and outside bar with adequate seating for a family group. The location to the beach was a short walk and well worth it. Bottom line is that the home is outstanding, and the location is perfect. We would definitely book this property again. Of course, we love Indian Rocks Beach.

This home is just stunning but still so comfortable and welcoming! The view from the kitchen/family room is awesome, and the outdoor area is wonderful! Everything was so clean, with newer appliances and everything in the kitchen you could possibly need. The owner touched base upon our arrival as well as after our departure, and was ready to help in any way needed. The neighborhood is quiet, and the neighbors we met were friendly and helpful as well. It takes a little over 5 minutes to walk to the beach, but the house is worth the walk, and there's a little bit of parking at the beach access if you don't want to walk that far. The "welcome basket" of goodies was such a nice treat also! We've stayed at several VRBO locations the past few years, and this is one of the best, if not THE best, that we've found! You won't be disappointed!

The home is perfectly appointed as shown in the description and the listing photos. The craftsmanship of the newly renovated home were of top quality. The furnishings were new, fun and gleamingly clean! The garage held perfectly chosen items for all ages and activities. We enjoyed the kayak, the beach wagon and the bike. Short walk to the beach w private access on 12th Ave. Sarah and Boris responded promptly when we asked for beach towels and when we chose to extend our stay for 3 more days! We'd like to stay here again sometime. The location between the two best restaurants on the beach (Guppy's & Crabby Bill's Origianal) were another bonus!

So get this. My husband and I have stayed in many rentals over the course of our relationship. This is the first place we’ve stayed at that he literally pushed for us to extend our stay. It was THAT phenomenal. First of all, the location is amazing. Safe, beautiful and walkable to the beach. Also a safe beautiful neighborhood to go for evening strolls with kind, friendly and quiet neighbors. Secondly, Sarah provided everything that we could possibly think of. I had originally requested for a pack n play since we were traveling with an 18 month old but she went above and beyond and also provided a high chair. We also got there and realized we forgot our toothpastes. Voila, Sarah had already provided several toothbrushes and toothpastes in all the bathrooms. There were an abundance of kitchenware and utensils and everything you could think of. The house was also immaculate with comfortable furniture and beds. We are super pleased with our stay and plan to be repeat vacationers at this beautiful property. Sshh it’s almost like the best kept secret of Largo!
