Stylishly renovated by the owners with great attention to detail, this modern 3-room apartment is available to all Scharbeutz enthusiasts. The well-designed layout, featuring hardwood floors and tile (in the kitchen and bathroom), offers plenty of space for four people; at 64 square meters, it is extremely spacious and is located in the center of Scharbeutz. It’s less than a five-minute walk to the spa park, the Dünenmeile (Café Wichtig; Gosch), and the beach! The train station and grocery stores (Aldi, Penny, Rewe, bakery) are also within walking distance in the immediate vicinity.
The light-filled apartment is located on the second floor of an apartment building. The spacious, tastefully furnished living room features a large couch (270 x 200 cm), a colonial-style dining table that seats up to six people, and a flat-screen TV. Both bedrooms, which are also brightly decorated, are equipped with their own closets, a double bed (180 x 200 and 160 x 200), and blackout blinds.
The separate and also completely new kitchen is spacious and tastefully furnished, featuring a cozy counter with bar stools, a dishwasher, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, an oven, a ceramic cooktop, a microwave, a coffee maker, a kettle, and a toaster. The bathroom also offers plenty of space, featuring a bathtub with a shower function, a large mirror, a heated towel rack, and a hair dryer.
A private parking space directly in front of the building’s entrance is available to guests free of charge. Since all the furniture has been completely replaced, this is a non-smoking apartment.
In the garden, younger guests have a lawn where they can run around and play. There is also a bicycle storage area available for guests. Pets are not allowed.
