Keys are picked up from a safe at the Kraushaar Vacation Rentals service office at Seestraße 47, 23683 Scharbeutz.
This charming and uniquely furnished 3-room vacation home combines personal flair with family-friendly amenities. It features two floors (maisonette) and stands out with its carefully selected decor. The apartment comfortably accommodates up to 4 adults and one child.
The modern living room, equipped with a stereo system, radio, TV, and satellite receiver, as well as a cozy corner couch, invites you to relax. A spacious dining table seats 4–6 people. The south-facing balcony, furnished with garden furniture, offers a wonderful view of the garden. The spacious kitchen is stylishly equipped with a fridge-freezer, ceramic cooktop, oven, coffee maker, and Cafissimo machine. Upstairs, there are two bedrooms and a modern bathroom with a shower. The large bedroom is furnished with a double bed (2x 90x200 cm), a rattan sofa, a wardrobe, and a travel crib. From here, you have a side view of the Baltic Sea. The smaller bedroom features a double bed (2x 90x200 cm) and a dresser. The staircase is equipped with child safety gates. Two high chairs and a handcart are available.
A private outdoor parking space is available right in front of the front door. Wi-Fi is included.
