Just about 400 meters from the beach, you’ll be staying in a central location perfect for a wonderful family vacation.
In just 3–5 minutes on foot, you’ll reach the center of Scharbeutz with its beautiful stretch of dunes and many restaurants, shopping options, and a bakery for your morning rolls.
The medical center is about 650 m away, and the supermarkets are about 500 m away.

The modern “SaM” duplex vacation apartment spans approximately 78 square meters of living space across two levels (1st floor + 2nd floor) and offers ample space for up to 5 people. Bedroom I has one double bed (1.80 x 2 m), Bedroom II is also equipped with a double bed (1.80 x 2 m), and Bedroom III has a single bed (0.90 x 2 m).
Bedrooms II and III feature walk-in closets.
All bedrooms can be completely darkened using duplex pleated blinds. This ensures nothing stands in the way of a restful night’s sleep.
