Exclusive 4-room vacation apartment, approx. 101 m², on the top floor, easily accessible by elevator, located at Hansastraße 5a, approx. 80 meters from the beach. A two-level vacation apartment with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a loggia, and an underground parking space (clearance height 2.08 m).
Location
This gorgeous vacation apartment is located on the second and top floor of a very attractive residential complex in a popular part of Scharbeutz. It’s in a quiet yet central location; the beautiful beach, the spa gardens, and the Dünenmeile—with its numerous cafés, restaurants, and shops—are just a short walk away. Close to the beach, close to nature, and close to the town center all at once. It has everything you could ask for. Enjoy a relaxing vacation between the sky and the sea.
Amenities
With its partially floor-to-ceiling windows, the vacation rental exudes a bright, cozy atmosphere. The open kitchen in the living-dining area is fully equipped and leaves nothing to be desired. In the living area, you’ll find everything you need to relax, such as an HD flat-screen TV, a Sonos sound system, and free Wi-Fi. The Sonos system can be controlled via the SONOS app. The bar, with its designer chairs, invites you to linger and relax. The sofa, the unique chairs, the distinctive bar, and the sideboard are all from Richmond Interiors. The first bedroom, featuring a double bed (1.80 x 2.00 m), has an en suite bathroom with a walk-in shower and a heated towel rack, as well as a washer-dryer and a spacious closet. Another shower room with a walk-in shower is located next to the entryway and is available for guests staying in the other two bedrooms.
A comfortable staircase leads you to the upper floor. Here you’ll find two additional bedrooms, each with a double bed and a flat-screen TV. The entire apartment is equipped with underfloor heating, as well as privacy and light-blocking shades on all windows and additional electric roller shutters. An underground parking space included with the apartment ensures secure parking for your car. The apartment offers plenty of storage space thanks to its various built-in closets.
