The very beautiful and comfortable 3-room apartment “Strand 6” in Scharbeutz is located on the 1st floor of the “Strandglück” Building 6.
The apartment was newly furnished in late September 2018 with great attention to detail, and its modern, high-quality amenities guarantee a restful and relaxing vacation for the whole family. The fine sandy beach and the promenade, lined with many lovely restaurants, are within walking distance.
The elevator provides convenient access to the first floor, where you’ll find this spacious, bright vacation home with a beautiful west-facing balcony equipped with outdoor furniture and an awning. The tastefully decorated living/dining area with a modern kitchenette invites you to relax and enjoy yourself, and—just like the bedrooms, each furnished with a large double bed (180 x 200 cm)—leaves nothing to be desired! The modern shower room with a toilet has a window.
In addition to a high-quality 65-inch flat-screen TV in the living room, there are additional modern flat-screen TVs in both bedrooms. The apartment features Wi-Fi as well as a B&O Beolit 17 Bluetooth speaker.
Additionally, an underground parking space is available (max. clearance height 1.98 m).

The elevator provides convenient access to the modern two- and three-room apartments with views of the spa park or the Baltic Sea. The apartments are located directly across from the spa park, just a few steps from the pedestrian zone. Cozy cafes, restaurants, charming boutiques, the beautiful pier, and the beautifully landscaped “Dünenmeile” invite you to stroll and linger. Unfortunately, the building does not have a bicycle storage room! Outdoor parking spaces or underground parking spaces are available. The clearance height of the underground garage is 1.90 m!!!
