About this apartment rental
The "Fiete" duplex is located in a popular, quiet residential area of Scharbeutz, just 100 meters from the kilometer-long sandy beach. The lively Dünenmeile, right on the Baltic Sea and featuring many restaurants, cafés, beach bars, and lovely shops to browse, is just a few minutes’ walk away.
The vacation rental is located on the top floor (3rd floor) on the light-filled south side and spans two levels. The lovely, southwestern-facing sun balcony is located directly in front of the living area and is equipped with patio furniture and an electric awning.[nbsp] The newly renovated apartment features a well-designed layout with tasteful details and high-quality furnishings, inviting 4 guests to relax and feel at home near the beach. You’ll find a bright, welcoming living room with floor-to-ceiling windows, tastefully designed and furnished to a high standard with a sofa, TV, Bluetooth radio, and a dining area for four people. Wi-Fi is, of course, available free of charge. The integrated kitchen is fully equipped, including a dishwasher, oven, Nespresso machine, and much more. The apartment features 2 separate bedrooms, both equipped with a closet, an additional TV, and blackout blinds. The bedroom on the lower level is furnished with a double bed (180x200). On the upper level, accessible via a staircase from the living area, is the second bedroom with a beautiful view of the Baltic Sea, furnished with a double bed (140x200) and a single bed (90x200). The new bathroom features a shower, toilet, sink, and towel dryer.
A[nbsp] permanent outdoor parking space is available. Bicycle racks are located outside on the property. A washing machine and dryer (coin-operated) for shared use are located in the basement. There is no elevator.
