The "Strandglück" house, located in the heart of Scharbeutz, invites you to enjoy a relaxing and unforgettable vacation. This apartment has been awarded 3 stars according to the DTV classification! Take the elevator to the 3rd floor, where you’ll find a high-quality, fully furnished 2-room apartment with a northeast-facing balcony. It features a modern living-dining area with a sleeper sofa (1.45 m x 2.00 m), cable TV with an USB port, Wi-Fi, a hi-fi/CD player, and a dining area for 4 people, as well as a well-equipped kitchenette (dishwasher, ceramic cooktop, oven, microwave, coffee maker, egg cooker). The northeast-facing balcony, with a view of the spa gardens and a partial lake view, is accessible from both the living room and the bedroom. In the bedroom, a comfortable double bed (1.80 m x 2.00 m) and a second TV ensure a restful night’s sleep after every eventful day of your vacation. A bathroom with a shower and toilet rounds out the apartment’s amenities. The apartment includes an underground parking space. (The maximum clearance height of the underground garage is 1.90 m.) The apartment is located directly across from the spa park, just a few steps from the pedestrian zone and the beach. There, you can use a beach chair free of charge for the 2026 season from May 15 to September 15.
You can buy fresh rolls for breakfast in the morning right in the building at the Dallmeyer bakery.

The elevator provides convenient access to the modern two- and three-room apartments with views of the spa park or the Baltic Sea. The apartments are located directly across from the spa park, just a few steps away from the pedestrian zone. Cozy cafes, restaurants, charming boutiques, the beautiful pier, and, last but not least, the beautifully landscaped “Dünenmeile” invite you to stroll and linger. Unfortunately, the building does not have a bicycle storage room! Outdoor parking spaces or underground parking spots are available. The clearance height of the underground garage is 1.90 m!!!
We invite you to visit the beautiful Baltic Sea coast year-round to enjoy relaxing walks on the beach or bike rides.
