This high-quality, 3-room apartment in Scharbeutz is located on the first floor with a south-facing balcony in Building A, “Strandglück,” and is easily accessible by elevator. It features a tastefully decorated living area with a cozy sofa set, cable TV, hi-fi/CD player, DVD player, a dining area for four people, and a built-in, well-equipped kitchenette with a dishwasher, glass-ceramic cooktop, and oven.
In the first bedroom, a comfortable double bed ensures a restful night’s sleep, while the children’s room features a pull-out bed (0.80 m x 2.00 m and 1.60 m x 2.00 m, respectively); there is also another flat-screen TV here. A bathroom with a shower, toilet, and washing machine, as well as a guest restroom, round out the apartment’s amenities.
You can buy fresh rolls for breakfast every morning right in the building at the Dallmeyer bakery. Outdoor parking space next to the building. Pets not allowed! Non-smoking apartment. Wi-Fi included:

This modern “Strandglück” House A residential complex was completed in December 2012. The elevator provides convenient access to the modern two- and three-room apartments with views of the spa park or the Baltic Sea. The apartments are located directly across from the spa park, just a few steps away from the pedestrian zone. Cozy cafes, restaurants, charming boutiques, the beautiful pier, and, last but not least, the beautifully landscaped “Dünenmeile” invite you to stroll and linger. Unfortunately, the building does not have a bicycle storage room! Outdoor parking spaces or underground parking spots are available. The clearance height of the underground garage is 1.90 m!!!
We invite you to visit the beautiful Baltic Sea coast year-round to enjoy relaxing walks on the beach or bike rides.
