It features a modern living/bedroom with a sleeper sofa, flat-screen TV (cable), dining area for 2–4 people, and a fully equipped kitchenette (dishwasher, oven, glass-ceramic cooktop, refrigerator with freezer). The separate bedroom features a double bed and a second flat-screen TV. The modern, wheelchair-accessible bathroom with shower, toilet, washing machine, and hair dryer rounds out this lovely apartment. Free Wi-Fi access is available. One underground parking space is included (the maximum clearance height of the underground garage is 1.90 m). The beach, the pedestrian promenade, and the spa gardens are just a few steps away. Unfortunately, the building does not have a bicycle storage room! Outdoor parking spaces or underground parking spaces are available. The clearance height of the underground garage is 1.90 m!!!
