This bright, comfortable 2-room apartment in Scharbeutz is located on the 1st floor of the “Strandglück” building and is in the immediate vicinity of the Scharbeutz Dune Mile and the beautiful Baltic Sea beach.
It is easily accessible by elevator and equipped to accommodate 2 to 4 people. The modern living/bedroom features a sleeper sofa (1.50 m x 2.00 m), a flat-screen TV, a compact stereo system with a CD player, an Apple docking station, and a dining area for 4 people. The built-in kitchenette is fully equipped with a dishwasher, oven/grill/microwave, egg cooker, ceramic cooktop, and refrigerator****.
In the separate bedroom, a double bed ensures a restful night’s sleep, and a spacious closet offers plenty of room for luggage. A modern bathroom with a heated towel rack and walk-in shower rounds out the amenities of this beautiful apartment. All windows in the apartment are equipped with pleated blinds and blackout curtains. On the comfortable southwest-facing balcony, you can enjoy the sunset with a glass of wine even in the evening.
Wi-Fi is available in the apartment. In the basement, there is a private, lockable room for your bicycles, as well as an underground parking space (the maximum clearance height of the underground garage is 1.98 m). Pets are not allowed! Non-smoking apartment.

This modern apartment complex, “Strandglück” Building B, was completed in the summer of 2013. The elevator provides convenient access to the modern two- and three-room apartments with views of the spa park or the Baltic Sea. The apartments are located directly across from the spa park, just a few steps away from the pedestrian zone. Cozy cafes, restaurants, charming boutiques, the beautiful pier, and the beautifully landscaped “Dünenmeile” invite you to stroll and linger. Unfortunately, the building does not have a bicycle storage room! Outdoor parking spaces or underground parking spaces are available. The clearance height of the underground garage is 1.90 m!!!
