The kitchenette is equipped with a 2-burner ceramic cooktop, refrigerator, coffee maker, toaster, and electric kettle.
From the living area, you have access to the south-facing balcony terrace.
A separate children’s room is furnished with two single beds (each 100x200 cm).
The apartment features a bathroom with a shower and a guest restroom.
From April 1 to 15.10.2026, a beach chair is available to you free of charge on the beach.
The beach is about a 2-minute walk away, and the pedestrian zone in the city center—with its fashion boutiques and restaurants—is about a 3-minute walk away.
There is also a bicycle storage room on the premises.
Starting on 22.10.2025, the entire building will be covered in scaffolding due to facade renovation work. The duration of the work is unknown.
