In the cozy living area, you’ll find a sleeper sofa (1.50 x 2.0 m), an armchair, and a TV (compatible with the Fire TV Stick). You also have access to two balconies, which are furnished with comfortable seating. In the living room’s bay window, you’ll find a dining area that seats 4 people.

The separate kitchen is functionally equipped and makes self-catering a pleasure. Among other things, you’ll find a 4-burner stove, oven, refrigerator with freezer compartment, dishwasher, coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, as well as kitchen utensils, dishes, and silverware. A washing machine is available in the apartment and may be used free of charge.
You can enjoy your first cup of coffee at the breakfast nook for 2 people.

The bathroom features a shower (entry height 40 cm), toilet, sink, mirror, makeup mirror, hair dryer, and a window.

You are welcome to store your bicycles in the communal bike storage room (accessible only via 12 steps; no ramp available).
