This high-quality 2-room apartment is located right in the center of Timmendorfer Strand and features a bright and welcoming interior.
With approximately 62 m² of living space plus a terrace measuring approximately 35 m², the apartment is furnished to accommodate 2–4 people and is located on the first floor, accessible by elevator.
In the large, open living area, you’ll find two sofa sets—one of which can be used as a sleeper sofa with a sleeping surface measuring 1.40 m x 2.00 m—as well as a cozy dining area with a 47-inch TV.
The kitchenette is fully equipped with a refrigerator with freezer compartment, a ceramic cooktop, an oven, a microwave, and a dishwasher.
From the living area, you can step out onto a spacious, partially covered terrace with a beach chair and patio furniture for four people. Here, you can enjoy the fresh Baltic Sea air while sipping your morning coffee or an evening glass of wine.
The bedroom is furnished with a box-spring bed (1.80 m x 2.00 m), a wardrobe, and a TV.
Both shower rooms are equipped with a shower, toilet, heated towel rack, hair dryer, and radio.
All doors are 1.00 m wide.
From April 15 to 15.10.2026, a beach chair will be available to you on the beach from the rental company “Bade 2.”
You can load and unload your car right at the house; the underground parking space is only about 75m from the apartment.
Wi-Fi is available (no refund or compensation will be provided in the event of disruptions or outages).
