About this apartment rental
Bed linens and towels can be booked in advance for an additional fee. The visitor’s tax is not included in the rental price and will be listed in the booking confirmation from Böbs Appartements. Full payment must be made in advance via bank transfer; for bookings made up to 4 days before arrival, please also send a screenshot via email or WhatsApp.
Location
The Ocean 12 vacation apartment has been furnished in a very modern style. The vacation home is located in a prime location, right in the heart of Timmendorfer Strand. You’ll be staying at Kurpromenade 12, in the middle of the popular town center of Timmendorfer Strand. An Edeka supermarket and a bakery are located on the first floor of the building. All cafés, bars, restaurants, shopping options, pharmacies, and banks are within walking distance. The famous Café Wichtig and the Gosch Sylt restaurant are right next door. The beautiful Baltic Sea beach and the Maritim pier are only about 100 meters away. The new spa park is also right in front of the building.

The chic and ultra-modern 2-roomvacation apartment is located on the 2nd floor with 2 balconies and is equipped to accommodate up to 4 people. The living room of the Timmendorfer Strand vacation apartment is furnished with a modern pull-out couch and a large flat-screen TV. The separate kitchen, with its spacious dining area, includes an oven and a ceramic cooktop—there is no dishwasher.
The separate bedroom features a box-spring bed (160x200 cm) and is also equipped with a second flat-screen TV. The bathroom features a walk-in shower. The two furnished balconies of the Timmendorfer Strand vacation rental—one facing east with a partial ocean view and one facing south/west overlooking the atrium—round out this beautiful vacation home on the Baltic Sea.

The complex features an elevator and a bicycle storage room. (We cannot guarantee space for your bicycles).

The apartment is equipped with basic supplies: one roll of paper towels, two rolls of toilet paper, a small bottle of dish soap, a dish sponge, a dishcloth (not a kitchen towel), and four dishwasher tablets (provided the accommodations are equipped with a dishwasher).
