A warm and welcoming place to stay, just 100 meters from the Basilica of St. Francis.
The house, with its exposed ceilings, stone walls, terracotta floors, and spacious outdoor areas, features:
1 living room with a sleeper sofa and TV
1 kitchenette
1 bedroom with a double bed
1 bathroom with a skylight
and finally, a cozy patio at the entrance and a terrace/garden
The house has been recently renovated, with careful attention to detail to meet the needs of guests.
It features stone walls, exposed ceilings with wooden beams and tilework, and terracotta floors, which give it a warm and inviting atmosphere.
The rooms are bright and equipped with split-system air conditioning for both heating and cooling.
The house can accommodate up to 4 guests + 1 infant, and you’re welcome to bring your four-legged friends along.
THE LIVING ROOM, which is the heart of the home, is a true gem.
It features a dining table with five chairs, perfect for enjoying a convivial moment while sharing lunch or dinner.
The queen-size sofa bed features comfortable pillows and a memory foam mattress, a quilt or down comforter, cotton sheets, and high-quality towels.
The living room also features a 40" Full HD TV and a spacious closet.
THE BEDROOM features a comfortable queen-size bed, memory foam pillows and mattress, a quilt or down comforter, cotton sheets, high-quality towels, and a closet for storing clothes and luggage. It is a separate room and offers excellent privacy.
THE KITCHEN is equipped with a four-burner gas stove, a set of pots and pans, silverware, glasses, a coffee maker, a refrigerator, and a microwave.
Under the sink, you’ll find all the household cleaning supplies you might need.
THE BATHROOM, featuring a skylight, is fully equipped with all amenities: toilet, bidet, spacious shower stall, sink with mirror, washing machine, hair dryer, and soap dispenser.
The highlight of the house is the patio at the entrance and a beautiful terrace/garden where you can relax and enjoy the view while sipping an aperitif or a nice cup of tea.

The apartment is very nice and conveniently located near the Saint Francis Chapel. If you are driving to Assisi, it is better to park (Saba Giovanni Paolo II) in the public parking lot and walk to the apartment than to try and drive to the apartment. Driving is Assisi is very difficult and almost no parking near the apartment.

Michele & Riccardo have a wonderful space they share in Assisi. The apartment was perfect size for two guests. It was clean and we loved the old school coffee pot to make our espresso in the morning. The best was the porch where we enjoyed a bottle of wine during the evenings with a great view of the countryside. Thank you for stopping by to meet us Michele! We look forward to another stay.

This was by far our favourite place during our trip to Italy. The location is perfect and quiet. Makes you feel like home away from home. Very cosy environment and close to everything. Good communication with the host Michele. We would go back anytime.

Enjoyed the Rustic House. Perfectly placed for access to the towns attractions. Good facilities but a bbq would be a great addition.
