Our house is located in a quiet yet central residential area. A 5-minute walk to the pedestrian zone. The center of Garmisch—with its spa park and convention center—the train station, the Zugspitze Railway, the ice rink, the Alpspitz wave pool, tennis courts and indoor facilities, as well as mountain railways and ski lifts, are all nearby. Walking trails, bike paths, and cross-country ski trails start right in front of the house. Open year-round.
