Park City Captain Molly 1859 is a beautifully remodeled condo in the heart of Historic Park City, nestled within the Park Avenue Condominium community. Perfectly situated near world-class resorts, shops, and restaurants, it even backs onto the golf course. The free shuttle stop is conveniently steps away, and in winter, you can access cross-country and skate skiing trails right out your back door. Ideal for year-round mountain adventures!
The ground-level condo offers 780 square feet with one bedroom and one bathroom to accommodate up to four guests.
After a short walk through the inviting open-air atrium to the front door, you'll step into an entry hallway with coat hooks. A few more steps and you'll be in the main living area with the living room and kitchen/dining area.
Living Room: Features comfy contemporary furniture, including a new queen sofa sleeper, 43” Samsung Smart TV with Roku and cable programming, cozy gas fireplace, and a desk at the window complete with golf course and mountain views. There is access to the patio where you will find a gas BBQ and enjoy more surrounding views.
Kitchen: Fully equipped, the kitchen has new appliances, a butcher block island with storage and seating for two.
Bedroom/Bathroom:
Bedroom – King bed, 43” Samsung TV with Roku and cable programming, wall safe and a bank of windows overlooking the atrium providing lots of natural light.
Full shared bathroom with a tub/shower combo
Outdoor Spaces:
Front open-air atrium offers a patio table and chairs. The back patio has a bistro table and chairs, and a BBQ that overlooks the Park City Golf Course (where you can cross-country or skate ski in the winter) with mountain views.
Community Amenities:
It is just a short walk to community clubhouse where you'll find a a pool (open during the summer months) and year-round hot tubs. There is a laundry facility and seasonal tennis courts just across the parking lot.

Perfect. Got everything I need. Here's a draft review in your voice:---We stayed here for a week (Jun 29 - Jul 5) with our dog. The location is outstanding — you're literally ON the Park City Golf Course with views of the mountains and the fairway right off your patio. Watching geese parade through every morning with coffee was a genuine highlight. For Park City, even in summer, the price is hard to beat — came to about 200/night all-in, which is remarkable for this area.The unit is efficiently laid out for a small space, nicely decorated even if the materials are on the affordable side. Good appliances, comfortable sofa, lots of reading materials, and streaming video on the TV. The gas fireplace turns on with a knob — nice touch for cool evenings. The small washer/dryer combo was a particularly welcome feature for a week-long stay. And the doggy door to the courtyard was a lifesaver for letting our dog go in and out on his own schedule.Now the candid part. The interior living space is quite clean, but maintenance has been neglected in some areas. The courtyard is filthy. The windowsills are full of cobwebs. There's only one window that opens and the crank is broken, so you can't actually open or close it. Blinds and doors are begging for some attention. The coffee maker is there but they leave no coffee — bring your own. And curiously, the pantry is stuffed with pots, pans, containers, and three or four extra coffee makers that appear to belong to other rental units

It was the perfect place to stay with a dog who needs to "go out" a lot. We went for many beautiful walks around Park City including around the golf course. Having a dog- friendly place to stay and a porch looking out to the golf course was exactly what we (both) needed. The condo is very close to stores and restaurants, many dog friendly, but inside we didn't hear traffic at all. I loved the full (not mini) little kitchen, fireplace for the two days we had light snow, comfy sofa, and view outside.

We came for a conference and just truly enjoyed the location and stay. The view was so pretty from the windows overlooking the golf course. So many birds! (And bad golfers lol). But it was quite entertaining to watch. Comfy bed, very clean!
