The location is undoubtedly excellent, right in the heart of Martina Franca, but unfortunately, that’s the only positive aspect. The humidity inside the accommodation was unbearable, with levels close to 90%. At night, we had to keep the dehumidifier running, but it was so loud that it made sleeping nearly impossible.
Even with the dehumidifier on all night, the strong smell of mold and stale air never went away. After just four days, our clothes in the suitcases were damp and smelled awful, as if they had just come out of the washing machine.
Communication with the property was equally frustrating: they never answer the phone, and the only way to reach them is through a chat system, often managed by a bot that doesn’t solve real issues.
To top it all off, we only received a partial refund of our €100 deposit
