The apartment was perfectly clean, well stocked with tea, coffee, condiments, even milk and bottled water. As a gesture of hospitality, Mery presented me with a bottle of Chardonnay and some local biscuits. Besides, due to bad logistics and delayed car rental, I arrived late (~ 23h), but Mery and Georgio met me at the parking lot in the rainy weather to help park and walk me to their house. Georgio also graciously helped carry my luggage. And this is not everything, but above and beyond what I ever experienced at a rental apartment, so be assured if you rent this apartment, you will get top notch care from the best hosts. The place is very quiet, day and especially at night, so you can sleep soundly. Water pressure is strong and you get hot water right away. You have a usb charger with cables conveniently available.
There was nothing I didn't like, but things to consider staying in the historical center in Italy: a) I
If you have a car, you have to park outside of the ZTL zone. b) the apartment is on the 3rd floor and you have to walk the stairs. c) the shower area is a bit cramped although I had enough space for me.

אהבתי הכל, מההודעה הראשונה והחביבה שקבלתי מבעלת הבית, ההמלצות שהיא המליצה לי, קבלת הפנים, הנדיבות, היא נתנה לי בקבוק יין, היא הזמינה אותי לשבת על הגג איתה ועם בעלה לאכול פופקורן ומשלא הייתי בבית היא השאירה לי ליד הדלת. בקיצור זה היה משולם ומעבר לכל הציפיות , אני בתור אופניים ולכן החלפתי בערך עשרה מקומות אין ספק שהיא המארחת מספר אחת, הדירה שלה גדולה מרווחת ומרגישה כמו בית, אני ממליץ עליה מאוד מאוד ואין ספק שאגיע לאזור אבחר שוב רק אותה ואמליץ גם לאחרים.

Lovely traditional Italian apartment in centro storico of Martina Franca. Apartment is spacious and the rooftop terrace has the most amazing views over the cathedral. Host made me feel welcome by providing some snacks and a bottle of wine and water in the fridge. Can definitely recommend!

Mariana couldn’t have been more helpful & the communication was outstanding. This spacious accomodation is very comfortable & is only a one minute walk to the unique old town main thoroughfare. It has beautiful marble stairs and floors. The rooftop area is wonderful for relaxing or enjoying some sun & a wine!
There are many thoughtful things Mariana has provided to make sure you feel at home.
There are no negatives!
