On the first floor, accessible from the parking area, you’ll find a light-filled bedroom with a modern box-spring bed (160 cm x 200 cm) and a flat-screen TV. A large hallway with a coat rack and a spacious closet leads to a modern bathroom with a toilet and an extra-large, walk-in shower. A staircase leads to the mezzanine level, which also offers a ground-level entrance via the terrace from the access road side, as the house is situated on a gentle slope.
On this floor, you’ll find the modern living and dining area with a stylish kitchenette. The motto here is “small but nice”—in addition to its ultra-modern look, this kitchen offers every convenience. In addition to an induction cooktop with a Bora range hood and oven, there is a dishwasher, a refrigerator, and a freezer. The Nespresso machine, the drip coffee maker, the electric kettle, and the toaster round out the amenities and leave nothing to be desired.
The modern sofa area, featuring high-quality leather sofas and a large flat-screen TV, along with the wonderful dining set—comprising a bench and four additional chairs—promises cozy evenings of fine dining and relaxation.

Another flight of stairs leads to the upper floor. Here you’ll find a large, modern bedroom with a box-spring bed (180 cm x 200 cm), a flat-screen TV, and a wardrobe. The bathroom on this level is also very spacious and features not only another large, walk-in shower but also a bathtub. Another small cozy room with a desk and a couch is the ideal retreat for a relaxing hour of reading or catching up on emails. A washing machine, as well as a crib with a separate mattress and a high chair, are available to you free of charge
