A spacious semi-detached home in a dreamlike setting awaits you. With 160 m² of living space, including a large living and dining area, there are 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms—perfect for a relaxing vacation with the whole family or friends.
On the first floor, accessible from the parking area, you’ll find a light-filled bedroom with a modern box-spring bed (160 cm x 200 cm). A large hallway with a coat rack and a spacious closet leads to a modern bathroom with a toilet and an extra-large, walk-in shower. A staircase leads to the mezzanine level. On this floor, you’ll find the modern living and dining area with a stylish kitchenette. Here, the motto is “small but nice”—in addition to its ultra-modern look, this kitchen offers every convenience. In addition to an induction cooktop with a Bora range hood and oven, there is a dishwasher, a refrigerator, and a freezer. The Nespresso machine, the drip coffee maker, the electric kettle, and the toaster round out the amenities and leave nothing to be desired.
The modern sofa area, featuring high-quality leather sofas and a large flat-screen TV, along with the great dining set—comprising a bench and four additional chairs—promises cozy evenings of dining and relaxation.

A washing machine, as well as a crib with a separate mattress and a high chair, are available to you free of charge
