The apartment is located just a 10-minute walk from the Colosseum and the Roman Forum, and is also close to the Baths of Caracalla, the Circus Maximus, the Basilica of St. John Lateran, and the Holy Stairs. Just 100 meters away is Villa Celimontana, a beautiful park with a nice playground for children. The area is quiet and safe. The apartment overlooks only the private driveway (as shown in the photos in the listing) and features a spacious master bedroom with a desk, TV, and air conditioning; there is a second room that also serves as a living room with a double bed and air conditioning; the kitchen is open to the living area and fully equipped (refrigerator, freezer, 4-burner stove, oven, and dining table); bathroom with bidet, shower, and bathtub. Great, quiet location for exploring Rome. Within walking distance to most major landmarks. Apartment was clean but very small, which is ok if you just plan on using it to sleep only. Communication with property manager was great.
