The property was good. The room was petit but to the standard for Paris. The staff were nice and I liked that there was a cafe/dining area to pass time for check-in/out. The neighborhood was lovely, lined with cute boutiques and walking distance to Arc de triumph.
My only complaint would be the staircase and lift(elevator) situation. It was challenging to access with luggage alone. However, I understand this is part of the Parisian charm.

Location, staff, ease of using the kitchen / lounge area.
No AC but it's all good.

Good location near arc d’triophe and nice little bar opposite which does good food
My room was noisy - I was in 105 and could hear the people above me walking around (floors are wooden so sound carries) and there was a downpipe in the corner of my room so everytime someone above me flushed the toilet or had a shower it sounded like I was in a waterfall!
