spaciousness; comfy bed; helpful and knowledgeable gentleman at the reception area
Two out of three mornings I needed to leave early to get to activity/transportation, and the reception office was locked and closed; and tow of three evenings I got back slightly after 8pm, and wanted to ask about a few things for the room, and couldn't because the office was closed and locked. I paid for breakfast to be included each morning, but because I left early couldn't have breakfast and had to find something on my own on the way to activities; and many places were closed, and I didn't want to have to spend time finding breakfast when I'd paid for it to be included. The gentleman at reception did offer to bring it and have it there for me upon my return, which was better than not getting anything at all, but would have preferred to either get my money back, or have breakfast available an hour earlier than it is.
Safety- the tub/shower is up high because it's deep, which is very nice; but it is very slippery and there isn't a wall or anything secure to hold onto when getting in and out, because the half plexiglass door to block shower water, will swing if you touch it. I think something to grab onto getting in and out is very important to prevent falls.

Our stay was very comfortable and pleasant. The staff was very welcoming and helpful.
Our room wasn’t ready when we arrived because the elevator was being worked on that day.
