About this apartment rental
A villa featuring the distinctive architecture of the early 1900s, completely renovated in 2007, located in a quiet, peaceful residential area in the center of the Lido. It’s a 5-minute walk to the vaporetto dock, which serves all destinations, and a 7-minute walk to the beach and the sea. Surrounding the property is a spacious garden with fruit and ornamental trees, a pergola, lounge chairs, and umbrellas. The villa features two fully renovated apartments, equipped with every comfort, furnished with period pieces, and capable of accommodating up to 6 people; it also has independent heating with hot-water radiators. The Lido of Venice is just over one kilometer from St. Mark’s Square (a 10-minute vaporetto ride, with vaporettos departing every few minutes). It’s a 10-minute walk from the apartment to the vaporetto stop. From there, you can easily reach the other islands in the lagoon: Murano with its famous glassworks, Burano with its lace and colorful atmosphere, Torcello—dear to Hemingway—with its ancient cathedral, the historic island of S. Lazzaro degli Armeni, and then S. Servolo and S. Clemente, Pellestrina, and Chioggia. Tourist License No.: 6190/2017

We very very pleased with absolutely everything! It was a 10 out of 10.
Perfect location on Lido and close to the vaporetto, restaurants and supermarkets.
We loved the house and were lucky enough with the weather to be able to enjoy the garden.
