In summer, the house is airy and rather cool. Bathroom with bath and shower. Washing machine, dishwasher, gas stove, modern oven, all accessories, TV, PC, WI-FI for Internet available. Lido of Venice. 20 minutes. from St. Mark's Square. In a typical Venetian house, surrounded by greenery in a quiet and sunny residential area, just behind the Hotel Des Baines, close to the pedestrian zone. The apartment has been completely renovated in 2001 and tastefully furnished, is equipped with every comfort and has a large supply of laundry and dishes. Small communal garden, with a small table. Lovely home in a quiet and peaceful spot on the Lido. Close to all shops and amenities as well as the beach. A short walk from the vaporetti ferries.

Great authentic house on Lido island. The vaporetto stop is 5 minutes by walking from the house and brings you to Venice in about 20-30 minutes. It’s also possible to take the vaporetto to go to the other islands. It’s very quiet and it gives you a break from the center of Venise. There are some restaurants and bars nearby. The beach is about 5 minutes walk also. Bruno and Marco were great hosts. Thank you for everything!

Authentische Wohnung in zentraler, ruhiger Lage
Die Wohnung liegt mitten auf dem Lido auf halbem weg zwischen Fähre und Strand. Der Kontakt im Vorfeld zum Vermieter war prima, die Betreuung vor Ort durch den Neffen auch. Die Wohnung ist im Erdgeschoss eines älteren Gebäudes. Genug Platz für bis zu sechs Personen. Insgesamt wirkt die Wohnung nicht wie eine Ferienwohnung, sondern eher wie eine privatwohnung. Das liegt wohl daran, dass der Vermieter ein Teil des Jahres selbst in dieser Wohnung lebt. Die Möblierung und insgesamt die Atmosphäre in der Wohnung sind nicht modern, sondern eher sehr klassisch. Alles in allem also ein sehr authentisches Erlebnis auf dem Lido di Venezia. Die Ausstattung ist vollständig inklusive Waschmaschine und Spülmaschine. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt. Zur Perfektion fehlt vielleicht ein größerer Garten und etwas mehr Platz in der Wohnung. Vielen Dank für den schönen Urlaub auf dem Lido.

Great Place, great location, great flat
I was with my 10yeat old Daughter for one week in this wonderful flat and it is perfect for a great stay: Bruno is perfect prepared wtih all informations for the best supermarket, the best fruit shop, the best restaurant, the flat is very well equipped (washing machine!) - and the location is wonderful: 4 Minutes to the beach, 4 minutes to the vaporetto, 2 Minutes to the shops and bars. We will try to come again.

Perfekte Ausgangsbasis für Venedig
Die großzügige Wohnung liegt perfekt in einer ruhigen Straße unweit der Vaporettoanlegestelle Lido. Bar, Bäckerei, , Fischverkaufsstelle und ein traumhafter Obst-und Gemüseladen (nach Ostern u.a. herrliche kleine Artischocken von der Nachbarinsel St. Erasmo) sind in unmittelbarer Nähe, in der belebteren Parallelstraße gibt es einen Supermarkt.
Wir wurden von Marco Bearzi aufs Freundlichste in Empfang genommen, es blieben keine Fragen offen. Die Wohnung war perfekt sauber, die Küche gut ausgestattet. Der Lido ist für die ruhige Mittagspause und den ruhigen Abend eine sehr gute Wahl. Das Vaporetto fährt regelmäßig (auch nachts!) und die Überfahrt gehörte für uns zum Urlaubserlebnis dazu. Wir würden die Wohnung jederzeit wieder mieten. Vielen Dank, liebe Familie Bearzi.

Appartement idéalement situé
Nous avons passé un excellent séjour au Lido de Venise. L'appartement est très bien situé à 5 minutes à pied du vaporetto, de la plage et de tous les commerces.
Bruno est très réactif et donne beaucoup d'informations pratiques.

Une situation idéale pour visiter Venise et être au calme
Ce séjour a été très agréable dans ce grand appartement très bien équipé, au calme, dans un quartier du Lido tout proche des vaporetto (5 minutes pour rejoindre San Marco) , cette partie du Lido est très résidentielle, avec toutes les commodités pour les courses et tout près de l'embarcadère pour Venise. Le rapport qualité prix est donc très favorable , la communication avec le propriétaire très aisée et constante, il ne faudra cependant pas oublier d'avoir le code de la boite à clés. En résumé ce séjour dans cette propriété de quelques appartements, toute proche également des plages, a été une réussite.

Erholsame Tage in bester Lage
Die Wohnung liegt super zentral mit allen wichtigen Geschäften, dem Bootsanleger und dem Strand in Fußweite. Trotzdem ist es sehr ruhig und man blickt in die Bäume der umliegenden Gärten. Die Wohnung ist charmant möbliert und die Küche gut ausgestattet. Obwohl wir sechs Personen waren, hatten wir ausreichend Platz. Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen vom Neffen des Eigentümers, der uns alles gezeigt und erklärt hat. Auch der Eigentümer selbst war immer erreichbar und hat uns schon im Vorfeld mit hilfreichen Tipps versorgt. Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen und kommen gerne wieder - Grazie!

Renoviertes Apartment in einer rund 100 Jahre alten Villa am Lido
Freundliche Übergabe des Mietobjekts, alles sauber, alles vorhanden - Waschmaschine, Geschirrspülmaschine, reichlich Handtücher und Decken etc. Die alten Böden sind freilich kalt, Klimaanlage für den Sommer habe ich keine gesehen, frage mich aber, ob diese auch nötig ist.... Insgesamt absolut zu empfehlen!

Im Herbst/Winter Hausschuhe mitbringen! Der Steinfußboden ist im Sommer sicher angenehm kühl....

Excellent séjour en famille!
Nous avons passé une semaine sur l ile du Lido à 10 mn en vaporetto de la place st Marc.
L 'appartement est dans une villa Italienne typique, il est très bien équipé et au calme. Le vaporetto est à 5mn à pied.
Le propriétaire est très sympa et donne des informations précieuses pour que le séjour se passe du mieux possible .
Nous y reviendrons sans aucun doute ...

Perfekt für Venedig
Die Lage dieser großzügigen charmanten Wohnung ist für einen Venedig-Urlaub unschlagbar. In wenigen Geh-Minuten ist man im sympathischen Zentrum mit schönen Bars und Cafés, im Vaporetto in alle Richtungen unterwegs und ebenso schnell am Strand. Die Bootsfahrt auf Venedig zu ist immer wieder traumhaft, Venedig im Abendlicht oder bei Nacht auf der Rückfahrt nicht weniger bezaubernd. Der Lido bietet auch einen schönen Rückzug vom touristischen Trubel. Die Gastgeber sind sehr herzlich und zuverlässig, die Wohnung war sehr sauber und gut ausgerüstet.

Lots of restaurants in the nearby. Keys were handed over when we arrived. Manager is helpful and serviceminded. Wifi worked perfect. We made dinner twice and Kitcen has all you need. Considering the price this is a superb apartment to live in when visiting Venice.
