Beautiful new hotel. Lovely room, great staff.

Hotel and entire facility was pretty and clean. Everything was new and staff we dealt with was friendly. We were there Monday night thru Thursday and there was no housekeeping though. No sit down breakfast available. Limited menu we ordered a a counter and food was then brought to our table. However, this restaurant did not open until 10:00 a.m.

The room was outstanding. All the staff was nice. The only complaint I have is that my room was not available until 10pm!!! Five hours I had to kill time versus getting a nap/the rest I was looking for.

Great visit for the most part. 2nd time staying at this property and the service is always great! One problem, our room smelled like smoke and it was supposed to be a non smoking room. We were already unpacked and did not want to move but there was no offer of compensation for the problem.

Of the 2 Foir Winds hotels I've stayed at, this one is, by far, the absolute best. I have literally nothing bad to say about it. The only thing I can come up with was the view of our room. We had a Junior Suite on the 10th floor that overlooked woods with construction and a bit of an eye sore view overall.

This place is great. We went here for my birthday weekend, and absolutely loved it. The staff was always courteous, the restaurants were great, and the casino floor was great!

Was able to snag a really good deal at this hotel. I will be back and make it a repeat stay 3 to 4 times a year. What a great place very friendly people very knowledgeable about the facilities.

The room was beautiful. Hotel was beautiful. The only real complaint was they wouldn’t clean the room. For $250 a night and we stayed 4 nights. They should have cleaned the room

Pros: Very clean. Hotel desk staff was very nice and welcoming.
Cons: Poorly laid out casino. Looks like everything was just thrown in with no plan. I'd say the bed was rock hard but I've slept on softer rocks but this was made up with pillows so soft that they were basically non existent.

The sportsbook was almost non-existent. A disappointment.
A bar with a few big TVs to watch the games would've been perfect. Especially being so close to Notre Dame, the state of Michigan, and 90 miles from Chicago -all with sports teams that are followed in the area.

Four Winds South Bend completely exceeded our expectations. I might be one of the most judgmental consumers out there as I am in property management and I focus on cleanliness, asset quality, and service. The hotel room was very clean, well-kept, and tastefully decorated. The service all around was very friendly and accommodating. If you are out of town attending an Irish game, they have a free shuttle that takes you to the game and back home for free. Wonderful stay and we will be back here every year.

Great stay, new hotel and the overall customer service was excellent! From the valet to the casino, great service. Only negative was that the bed was not comfortable at all.

Stayed here when I was in town on business- was nice to have restaurants available and some entertainment too. Room was clean and spacious and staff were all very friendly.
