Great area, easy to get around. Very clean and Friendly and helpful staff! Received great hospitality! I would definitely recommend it!

Nice place, clean, great host, not a hotel though, no lobby or staff 24/7 but they definitely are on top of your needs, well located, longer walk was about 20 min. Friendly Host and newer rooms.

This is an amazing B&B for safety, cleanliness, quiet, restful nights. Beautiful, clean, comfortable, and easily accessible. The staff was very helpful with arranging a ride and helping guide you with questions. They offered a traditional Italian Breakfast, but was only a couple things available in your room, not an organized breakfast bar. There is a small cafe just down the block with fresh pastries and delicious coffee available, however.
This location has food options nearby, but the more busy areas, additional restaurant options, and sites to see are about 25-30 min walk. It is 15-20 min walk from the Roma Termina Train station, about 40 min walk to Colosseum, and you need a cab ride to the Vatican City. It is a 45-50 min cab ride to the major airport and e55.
Overall, beautiful property, wonderful staff, wonderful stay.
