Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. Spacious and cozy with lots of light in this corner duplex. Within walking distance from a variety of eateries and public transportation. Eateries include Mexican, Middle Eastern, Vegan, or American. One block away from the Brown train line. This unit has two full levels of space and comfort to ensure you will feel like at home. First level is hard wood flooring with a completely stocked kitchen, 2 bedrooms (1-Full and 2nd- 2 twin beds); walk-in closets, full bathroom and living room; Second level is carpeted 1-bedroom (Queen); full bathroom, Family room with television, and washer/dryer. You will have access to an outside courtyard located in the rear of the property, enclosed and complete outdoor furniture for your morning coffee. We strive to make your experience a "home-away- from-home" one.

This property was a great location in the neighborhood near North Park University. We had plenty of space for our family while we were there to celebrate a graduation. Parking is tricky if you are out and about in the evenings, but if you don’t need a car, the public transportation is easy and convenient. Our main recommendations would be darker blinds or curtains in the bedrooms as the street light shines right in the windows. And some more comfortable furniture in the family rooms. Overall, we were extremely happy with our stay. Would stay here again.

The layout of the place is lovely. Very clean. The parking is pretty challenging, but if you aren’t driving that shouldn’t be an issue - train station is very close by. Good food choices within walking distance. A couple of hiccups here and there, but overall, a good space for the money.
