Dear Guests,
We warmly welcome you to our comfortable, family-friendly, pet-free, and smoke-free vacation home. With approximately 75 m² of space, it can accommodate up to 6 people.
The “Haus am Wald” is located right next to the vacation park’s forest playground. From there, you can set out on hikes and walks in the forest.
The fully equipped kitchen (stove with oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster) leaves nothing to be desired. An extremely comfortable dining area, featuring a corner bench and an extendable table, rounds out the space.
For our younger guests, there’s a separate travel crib, a high chair (up to about 1 year old), and a children’s high chair with a backrest (up to about 7 years old). Dinnerware, cutlery, a toilet seat, and a step stool are also provided in the house. A small selection of indoor and outdoor toys is available
A large flat-screen TV, books, puzzles, and various board games for all ages ensure there’s never a dull moment, even when the weather isn’t ideal. The entire house has Wi-Fi.
For cozy evenings, the fireplace in the living and dining area radiates a pleasant warmth.
The sleeping area is separated from the living area by another hallway. The bright, spacious bedroom features a large mirrored closet, a double bed with adjustable slatted frames, and new mattresses, ensuring you a restful night’s sleep.
The children’s room/second bedroom features a bunk bed and two single beds, providing enough sleeping space for up to 4 people. We’ve installed a second flat-screen TV here.
Between the bedrooms is the bathroom with a double sink, shower, and toilet. A hair dryer is provided for your convenience. The adjacent guest restroom adds to the comfort for the whole family.
The sunny terrace is furnished with outdoor furniture. Sun loungers and a grill are available for your use.

In our vacation complex, located on the edge of the forest and designed like a park, you’ll find cozy, child-friendly vacation homes and apartments that can accommodate up to 8 people. With many attractive recreational activities in the park and the surrounding area, Falkenstein Vacation Park is the perfect vacation destination for families. In our car-free resort, our younger guests can play to their heart’s content on the forest playground or at the table tennis tables. When the weather is bad, the kids’ club offers a variety of activities, including games and movie screenings.
Spend cozy evenings with friends and family at the barbecue area, for example. Our friendly team at the front desk will also be happy to arrange a babysitting service if needed. At the centrally located front desk, our staff are happy to provide leisure tips, take bread roll orders, or arrange wellness treatments.
The heated Falkenstein outdoor pool is located right next to the vacation park; our guests enjoy free admission here during their stay. You can also visit the Churpfalzpark Loifling as often as you’d like during your vacation with a one-time payment for a day pass.
From your vacation rental, you can reach the town of Falkenstein in just a few minutes, where you’ll find plenty of shopping options and traditional Bavarian cuisine.
