Descending another 3 steps provides access to the new relaxation area with a small table, chairs, lounge chairs, and a gazebo where you can sunbathe or relax at dusk with friends while enjoying a delicious aperitif.
The living room features a TV, a table for 6 people, a sleeper sofa, and high-quality furnishings.
The master bedroom is also very spacious.
