Simone nos facilitó mucha información y nos ayudó con las maletas a la llegada. La recepción fue estupenda, con detalles tipo hotel, vino y refrescos, aperitivo; la nevera nos fue de mucha ayuda y la ubicacion era muy tranquila, con un super 24 horas junto al metro y la estación a 20 minutos de Termini. Esperamos volver.

I had a great stay! The host met me at the front door when I arrived, handed me the key and gave me a tour of the apt, explaining everything I needed to know, and provided great info about the neighborhood. His communication before and during my stay was fantastic.
Before booking the apt, you should know that it is not near the city center. I chose it for that reason, one, because it was less expensive, and two, because I wanted to get a feel for 'everyday life' away from the tourist zones. It is in a 'working class' neighborhood, very safe, there are a few nearby cafes/bars/restaurants, a small supermarket for picking up items you might want to stock in the fridge, etc. The walk to the metro is about 6 blocks, and the metro service was excellent.
The apt itself offered everything I needed. Very comfortable, spacious and all appliances worked. The bedroom was also good sized and very comfortable. Bathroom had everything I needed. The host was kind enough to provide a bottle of white wine, a couple of beers, some snacks and coffee pods.
It was a very comfortable 4 night stay! Highly recommend it.

The host, Simone, was very kind and even picked us up from the train station. He provided a lot of information on how to get around Rome and what to see and do. He is an outstanding host, with good English and very keen to share his knowledge and love of Rome.
The apartment is very well appointed, spotlessly clean and has everything you could need. Simone even left us some wine, drinks, snacks and toiletries. A voucher for breakfast at the local cafe was also provided.
The area is residential and a little away from the main tourist areas but it’s quiet, safe and the locals were kind and friendly. It’s a short walk to the main metro line A which takes you to the train station and through the centre of Rome. Approx. 20 mins to get into the centre of Rome. There is a supermarket and other shops close by.
I would highly recommend this place. We found the apartment very convenient and really enjoyed the area to experience Rome like a local.
Comfortable bed and nice hot shower too.
Check-in and check-out were seamless as Simone explained everything and maintained good correspondence.

The owner picked us up from Rome Termini. The apartment had a bottle of wine and some nibbles as an arrival gift.
The apartment was NOT near the metro. The description of the apartment, says next to metro. This is incorrect. It was about 800m walk, down a back street, that had people loitering in the street. It didnt feel safe. We booked 4 nights, but only ended up staying two nights, then headed into historical Rome. This apartment is in an area of Rome, that is on the outskirts of the city. Its about 45 minutes by train to get into historical Rome. This area is not suitable for tourists
