Surprisingly spacious living room and bedroom. Both bathrooms were excellent. The kitchen was compact but had whatever we needed to cook for ourselves. Plenty of power points and good lighting. Trendy decor. The owner was easy to contact and replied quickly.
The mattress was a bit worn, with a dip in the middle.

We have some experience with area and can definitely say that the apartment is much above the average and really worth the money.
Location, A/C (very important in Rome in summer), 1st floor (no need to go upstairs each time), space.
