Great location but that's it.

Location

en suite shower with very poor water pressure. Mould everywhere. Other bathroom good pressure but shower head holder broken. Power sockets hanging off the walls. Scuff marks on walls. Only 2 towels provided for 2 adults and 4 nights.

Not worth the location

The location to the Colosseum is the only reason to stay in this place.

We had such high hopes for this apartment since it was so close to the Colosseum. But - the place itself was not clean, water was left in the coffee maker and tea pot, we did not have blankets on either bed only a sheet. Both bathrooms had mold everywhere. In one bathroom the shower head was broken and when taking showers you mostly had a cold one, and not tepid water - cold! There really wasn't room for four people to sit together and talk. There is no living room area. The bathrooms with mold and cold water did not translate into the cost for this place.

AVOID – Extremely disappointing and poorly maintained property Our stay at this property was extremely disappointing and, unfortunately, what should have been a special family birthday trip was significantly affected by the condition of the apartment. The property was advertised as having two bathrooms, but one was effectively unusable due to extensive mould throughout the shower/bathroom, a broken shower screen and a strong, unpleasant smell. This meant four guests were left sharing one usable bathroom. The problems did not stop there. We experienced very low shower pressure, predominantly cold water for much of our stay, dirty/stained bedding, stained worktops, a missing sink plug, flickering lights and electrical sockets visibly hanging out of the wall and not working properly. The electrical issues were particularly concerning from a safety perspective. The apartment was generally poorly maintained, unclean and not in the condition we reasonably expected from the listing or the price paid. These were not minor cosmetic issues — they affected basic facilities, cleanliness, comfort and our ability to properly enjoy our stay. We reported the problems to the property on the first day, yet it took approximately 48 hours for someone to attend. When the technician eventually came, they acknowledged that the condition of the apartment was not acceptable, but the mould and broken shower screen could not be resolved during our stay. We have extensive photographic and video evidence documenting the condition of the property. Despite repeatedly contacting the property and giving them opportunities to resolve the matter, they have failed to respond to our requests for an appropriate refund. Booking.com offered €100 compensation, which we do not consider remotely proportionate to the number and seriousness of the issues experienced.

Worth it!

Location was perfect and close to bus and tram stops. Not to mention right on the door step of the Colosseum. Great air conditioning.

Kitchen equipment could be a bit cleaner. But had everything you needed!
